The Chamber Invites Community Leaders to Apply for Leadership Williams County

The Bryan Area Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce that applications are now open for the 2026-2027 Leadership Williams County program, a dynamic nine‑month experience that has been shaping community‑minded leaders since 1990. Graduates of this program go on to make meaningful contributions across Williams County through service with the Chamber, local government, nonprofits, education, and many other organizations that strengthen our community.
Leadership Williams County is designed to give participants a deeper understanding of how our community works while building strong leadership skills and encouraging active involvement. The program runs from September through May and includes nine full‑day sessions, an overnight retreat at Camp Palmer, and attendance at both a City Council and School Board meeting. The class is limited to 14 participants to ensure a high‑quality, engaging experience.
Applications are open to individuals from all backgrounds, including business, education, government, nonprofit, and faith communities. Selection is based on leadership potential, community involvement, and personal goals. All applications are reviewed by Chamber leadership, with notifications sent by August 14.
Application Deadline: July 31
Leadership Williams County continues to be a launchpad for those who want to grow, lead, and make a lasting impact in Williams County.
