Scarecrow Contest Guidelines

  • All Scarecrows must be securely attached to your assigned light pole on the outer square perimeter.
  • Participants must provide all their own materials.
  • Entries must be family-friendly only.
  • Scarecrows cannot be placed on the Square until the day of Fall Fest and must be completely assembled by 12:00 noon.
  • Judging takes place between 1:00-3:00 PM
  • Scarecrows must remain on display until 4:00 PM
  • Scarecrows must be removed by 5:00 PM on the day of Fall Fest


The Chamber office will notify you of your pole location prior to the event. Only 30 poles available!
