The Bryan Area Chamber of Commerce is excited to begin planning its 2027 Community Calendar and invites Chamber members to take advantage of two valuable opportunities to increase their visibility throughout the year.
Submit Your Important Dates
Chamber members are encouraged to submit key dates for inclusion in the 2027 Community Calendar. Events, fundraisers, programs, grand openings, anniversaries, and other significant organizational milestones are welcome. The calendar serves as a community resource, helping residents stay informed about local happenings while showcasing the many activities offered by Chamber members.
The deadline to submit calendar dates is
October 30, 2026.
Reserve Your Advertising Space
Advertising reservations are now being accepted for the 2027 Community Calendar. This annual publication is distributed throughout the community, providing businesses with an excellent opportunity to promote their products, services, and events to residents and visitors alike.
Advertising space is available
exclusively to Chamber members and will be assigned on a first come, first served basis. Multiple ad spaces may be purchased, and adjoining spaces can be combined to create larger advertisements if desired.
2027 Community Calendar Advertising Rates:
- 1 space: $135
- 2 spaces: $260 ($130 per space)
- 3 spaces: $360 ($120 per space)
- 4 spaces: $440 ($110 per space)
- 5 spaces: $525 ($105 per space)
- 6 or more spaces: $95 per space
The deadline to reserve advertising space is
October 30, 2026.
