All Reservation Forms must be received by March 1, 2012 to be considered for entry into the show. Spaces are limited and will be assigned on a First Received / Membership Priority basis. ANY form received after the above stated deadline will be charged a $25.00 surcharge. Any member of a Williams County Chamber may be billed for their booth space with prior authorization. No guarantees will be made on booth locations. The Bryan Area Chamber of Commerce, Bryan City Schools and the seven Chambers of Williams County are not responsible for accidents or theft of any displays.
