27th Annual Business & Industry Show Date Is Set

  The Bryan Area Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that the 27th Annual Business & Industry Show (B&I) has been set for March 26th, 2013.  The show will again be held at the Bryan Middle School gymnasium, commons, and adjacent music rooms.

 

 This event is the area’s largest venue for surrounding businesses, industries and organizations to display all that they have to offer to Northwest Ohio. With over 170 booth spaces available and with the many visitors, it is the single largest day available to show off your “stuff”.

  The deadline for registration is March 1st, 2013 at 5:00 p.m., and allows past exhibitors ample opportunity to print out and fill in the online Registration form and return with payment to the Chamber office. On-line registration form

 

  If you, your business, industry, club or organization have never been a part of this show, we encourage you to “give it a try”.  You will not be disappointed!

 

  Come see what Williams County and Northwest Ohio has to offer to you.....or show off what you have to offer to this area at the Williams County Business & Industry show.

Freebies Are Main Draw

 While many visitors come to see or learn about your business, there are still many who come only for the freebies. Keeping this in mind, the Chamber office encourages everyone to continue to  hand out your freebies but limit how many you give out each hour.

 

  By limiting the freebies each hour, this will allow each display booth ample supplies of items for the visitors who don’t visit us until later in the day.

Setup For B & I Show

Setup for this year’s Business & Industry Show will be Monday, March 25th from 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, March 26th  from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m.

Booth Prices for the 27th Annual B & I Show

 The following are the prices for the 27th Annual Business & Industry Show, March 26th, 2013.

Non-Chamber Members........................................................................................................ $160.00

Williams County Chamber Members....................................................................................... $ 75.00

 Please print out & fill in the online Registration form and return to the Bryan Chamber Office no later than March 1st, 2013.  The Chamber office is located at 138 S. Lynn St., Bryan, OH 43506 or you can fax the form to 419-636-5556. 

 

Important B & I Show Info....

Booth assignments will be made on a first received / first come basis.  You will be notified of your booth location(s) after March 11th, thus allowing booth number(s) to be used in advertising.

 

Priority will be given to Williams County Chamber Members, which includes the following: Bryan, Montpelier, Stryker, West Unity, Edgerton, Edon, Pioneer, followed by exhibitors from the 2012 B & I Show.

 

Booths not against a wall will include background curtains.

 

Space exists for 170+ booths this year.  The downstairs gymnasium, along with the commons and adjacent music rooms will be utilized.

 

Tablecloths and tables will be furnished for each booth, unless otherwise noted on the registration form.

 

Retail sales are permitted, but not required.

 

All booth spaces are a minimum of 8 feet long and 5 feet deep.  Some booths may vary in length and width depending on location.

 

Just a reminder to all exhibitors accepted to this year’s show...... ALL Booths must remain intact the entire time of the show!

 

Tablecloths and Tables will be furnished for each booth, unless otherwise noted on the Registration form.

 

There is NO CHARGE to the public for admission to the show.

Deadline for Registration

March 1, 2013

  To make sure you receive a booth at this year’s Business & Industry show, you could wait until the deadline.... but we wouldn’t recommend it. Don’t wait till the last minute, as applications will be handled on a Chamber Members, first come / first serve basis and we certainly don’t want to leave you out.

 Deadline for registration is 5:00 p.m. on March 1, 2013, but don’t delay as booth spaces fill up quickly. 

 

   Also, anyone who registers after the deadline is charged an additional $25 surcharge.

Drawings Are A Hit

  As in year’s past, many exhibitors have held hourly drawings to allow visitors an opportunity to “Win” a prize or item from their booth.

 

 This year, the Chamber booth will be the central location to bring us the names of winners.  The winners of your drawings will be posted rather than be announced.

 

 To allow us to post the proper winners the following information will need to be conveyed to the Bryan Chamber booth staff:

 This information can be delivered to us at anytime. A small piece of paper will be provided to make sure all information is included when delivering winners.
